Open to all public, private, and home school pre-K, elementary, and middle school students in the Grand Island region.
Here’s the deal –
- Teachers set the reading goals for their students
- All students who accomplish their goals receive a pair of tickets redeemable for Fightin’ Cranes Read Around the Bases Night
Other cool things –
- The Fightin’ Cranes front office will visit participating schools and classrooms to encourage reading
- All students and schools who participate will receive Fightin’ Cranes bookmarks
- Students who attend Read Around the Bases Nights at Ryder Park will be invited on the field for a pre-game ceremony
